At ALC Fes in Room 30
YYAS is a cost-free, intensive academic and enrichment program designed for high-achieving African secondary school students, and exposes students to various opportunities for post-secondary education. Participants will enhance their academic skills, receive university admission and financial aid application guidance, and join a network of young leaders from across the continent! They will also receive post-program mentorship.
Applicants must currently attend a secondary school (i.e. high school) in Africa and have at least one full academic term after August 2018 to complete their studies. Admission is highly selective and open to students between the ages of 14 and 18. YYAS is free for all participants! More information can be found here: http://africanscholars.yale.edu/.
